| Description: | Brayman is currently hiring experienced Project Managers (North Carolina). Specifically seeking those with specialty geotechnical foundation construction background!
Must have industry specific (drilling) experience and have regional contacts (NC/SC/VA) that can assist in location and obtaining new bid/business opportunities. |
| Duties: | The selected candidates will be responsible for contract management, change orders, preparation of subcontracts, project scheduling, quantities, invoicing, resource allocation/coordination, estimating, and material pricing & project buyout. Private and public work experience is a plus in one or more of the following areas:
Caisson Division - Experienced in the drilling and installation of structural caissons ranging in size from 18\" to 72\" in diameter, as well as soldier beam walls and similar projects.
Small Diameter Drilling � Experienced in specialty geotechnical work such as tiebacks, micro-piles, dam anchors, soil nail walls, soldier pile walls, and/or jet grouting.
Marine & Piling � Experienced with driven piling, cofferdam, and marine construction projects.

| Qualifications: | Civil Engineering degree a must as is prior industry relevant field experience.
